ALLMAX经典乳清蛋白粉
记得第一次买蛋白粉选的就是这款ALL MAX白桶（原味），
后来也尝过朋友们的其他蛋白粉，总觉得香精味有点重，还是觉得这款原味最耐喝。
当初选它也是觉得它的成分表比较干净，93%蛋白含量，0糖0脂，不含乳糖。
分离乳清的工艺（较于酪蛋白），吸收也快，适合练后及时补充。
尤其是之前有半年不在家，没法吃到家常菜，摄入不够，全靠它来补充蛋白质，
属于相对比较靠谱的“口粮粉”。
