Account Manager客户经理 (Full Time)

Redscarf Limited 英国红领巾 is seeking a smart, dynamic, and creative Account Manager who is hard-working, willing to learn, and passionate about Internet marketing. This Account Manager will focus on growing the business through detailed market analysis and strategy, and via excellent client relationships. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service, integrity, and professionalism.
• Could you optimize relationships with current partners?
• Lead engagements to meet and exceed annual targets.
• Complete proposals and help negotiate commission rates and flat fees for programs.
• Drive increased team efficiency by serving as liaison with interdepartmental teams including Editorial and Finance.
• Research the market and identify potential merchants for the team to work with.

Required Skills:

• Fluency in English. Mandarin fluency is a plus.
• Marketing-related degree and/or relevant qualifications.
• 2 years experience in consumer marketing and/or business development or within a closely related position.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing advertising opportunities from prospect to signing.
• Experience creating complex, targeted, and customized advertising proposals (experience within the luxury sector is a plus).
• Friendly, positive, can-do attitude who thinks outside the box, is creative and goes the extra mile to drive initiatives.
