想在旧金山最热闹的社区节庆中，体验一次独特的艺术疗愈吗？电报山节（Telegraph Hill Festival）期间，将举办一场特别的禅绕画入门工作坊。禅绕画是一种简单易学、令人放松的绘画方法，通过重复绘制结构化的图案来创作美丽的图像，无需任何艺术基础。
这场限时工作坊将于2026年9月14日（周六）下午举行，由认证导师带领。在充满节日氛围的社区中心，你可以暂时远离喧嚣，专注于笔尖的流动，享受90分钟专注而平静的创作时光。无论你是艺术新手，还是想寻找一种新的减压方式，这都是一次绝佳的体验机会。
工作坊流程清晰，导师会一步步引导你完成创作：
• 13:00–13:15：欢迎与介绍，了解禅绕画的基本理念和工具。
• 13:15–14:15：核心创作时间，在导师带领下学习并绘制几个基础图样，组合成属于自己的完整作品。
• 14:15–14:30：分享与交流环节，欣赏彼此的作品，答疑解惑。

• 🕓 出发时间建议：建议提前10-15分钟到达，以便有充足时间签到、熟悉环境，从容开始创作。
• 🎒 随身物品建议：工作坊提供所有画具和纸张，你可以轻装前往。如果对光线有要求，可以自带老花镜。
• ⚠️ 其他提醒：活动适合16岁及以上参与者。由于是 seated workshop，请穿着舒适的衣物。现场不可携带宠物。
