工作坊将按以下流程进行，确保大家能循序渐进地体验创意日记的乐趣：
• 19:00–19:15：签到与破冰，认识新朋友
• 19:15–20:30：创意日记游戏环节（包含多个引导练习）
• 20:30–21:00：自由分享与交流，导师答疑
